- Agency-directed Personal Care (T1019): $23.81/hour (NOVA region), $20.23/hour (ROS region). Consumer-directed Personal Care (S5126): $17.97/hour (NOVA region), $13.88/hour (ROS region). Rates effective July 1, 2025.
