Pennsylvania caregivers can use PA Link to Aging and Disability Resources, local Area Agencies on Aging, and PA 211 to find local aging, disability, caregiver, long-term support, home care, adult day, senior center, transportation, food, housing, utility, health care, mental health, veteran, and community service referrals.

What it offers

Pennsylvania's Department of Aging says PA Link helps people with disabilities and older adults find information and connect to supports and services in their community. PA Link can quickly link people to local help through partner agencies, help them review options for staying independent, assist with applications, and support community living. The Department of Aging says local Area Agencies on Aging are the front door for aging services, have skilled workers who provide information and help people obtain services, and that Pennsylvania has 52 Area Agencies on Aging covering all 67 counties. PA 211 provides free, confidential 24/7 access to local health, housing, and human service information, including older adult and disability supports, home-delivered meals, transportation, health care, veterans services, basic needs, housing, utilities, food, mental health, and community resources. The PA CareKit also offers caregiver resources, guides, and tools for accessing benefits and support services.
