Lifespan Respite Care Grant Service
The Lifespan Respite Care Grant Service provides temporary relief funding for unpaid caregivers of individuals of any age, capped at $1050 per caregiver per grant year.

How to apply

Requests for services are only accepted from agencies working with caregivers and care recipients (not directly from individuals); Aging Services must pre-approve all respite requests; the Application (SFN 548) is submitted to carechoice@nd.gov; retroactive requests for respite funding may be approved on a case-by-case basis; all requests for provider reimbursement must be received within 60 days from the first day of service
