North Dakota's Family Personal Care program (Structured Family Caregiving) allows individuals to remain in their homes by providing a daily flat rate to a live-in family member who provides personal care services. This service is part of the North Dakota 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver.
