Paid Caregiver Program
The Paid Caregiver Program allows parents, guardians, and spouses of Medicaid beneficiaries with disabilities to be paid as home-based personal care providers through the CAP waivers, limited to 40 or fewer hours per week.

Contact a local CAP/DA case management entity in the county of residence to request a referral (or complete the referral in e-CAP, call NC LIFTSS at 833-522-5429, or fax the referral form to 833-470-0597)
